How to get there

By plane: Access to this ski resort is easily gained and the spell of holidays can be felt in quite a short time. From Jorge Newbery Airport up to San Rafael Airport, flights take around one hour and then the shuttle takes other 3 hours by land, to reach the Las Leñas Valley. During high season, there are special flights available arriving directly in Malargüe Airport from Jorge Newbery Airport or San Paulo. At least two daily flights, first thing in the morning and in the afternoon. 80 kilometers have to be traveled from the city of Malargüe to the valley.

By car: The spell of this kind of trips begins en route, by enjoying the landscape, since the driver decides the speed and when to stop. Traveling 1,200 km from Buenos Aires takes around 11 hours along National Route 7 to Junín, then 188 to General Alvear, 143 to San Rafael, 144 to El Sosneado and, finally, 222 to Las Leñas Valley, 20 km away from Los Molles. It is advisable to use snow chains to drive through the snow safely.
By bus: Traveling by bus is a pleasure, particularly if a fully reclining seat is purchased (coche-cama). Sleeping all night after a hard day at work and waking up in the morning in Las Leñas is an unforgettable experience. 

Activities: Alpine ski, randonèe, snowboarding, snowmobiles.
