How to get there
- By air: During the season, there are weekly flights from Buenos Aires and the main cities in Brazil, Montevideo and Santiago de Chile.
- By land: Bariloche is located over 1,600 km away from Buenos Aires following National Routes 5, 35, 152, 143, Provincial Route 20 and National Routes 151, 22 and 40 South (former 237).
- By car: From the city, along Av. Bustillo to kilometer No. 8 (Catedral intersection). Then, turn left into the paved road till up to the ski resort access, where the parking lot can accommodate vehicles free of charge. There are also regular buses, taxis, chauffer driven cars and tourist shuttle services available.

- Number of runs: Catedral offers 120 km of runs and trails with extraordinary snow from June up to early October. Unlike other resorts, access to runs is direct and near the Base, which provides the most comprehensive services available in Argentine ski resorts and is located at 1,030 meters over sea level. Its top elevation, at 2,180 mosl, shows a magnificent and beautiful view of the mountain range.

- Snow-making system: A comprehensive snow-making system covering over 10 hectares going from Elevation 1200 to the Base. 46 (fixed and mobile) snow guns are used by means of compressed air and water. As part of the Modernization Plan, the snow-making system caters for other areas, in the south of the Base, Plaza Oertle and at the end of the Sextuple chairlift.
- - Snow groomers: 13 snow groomers are available to maintain runs daily. Snow groomers Kassbohrer with great powered turbo diesel engines (280 HP), Pisten Bully – PB 300, Leitner LH500 and Leitner LH500 W, with a winch, operate on deep slopes.
- - Magnetic lift pass system: Catedral has the most advanced and agile lift pass system in South America, which enables access through scanners using RFID chips. This is an exclusive system developed by Ski Data, worldwide leader in ski resort technology.
- The Base: The largest and most comprehensive in South America, including:
- Lodging: Accommodation for about 3,000 people in addition to the room for 22,000 people available in Bariloche.
- Ski schools: For every ages, levels and styles.
- Ski rental: Around 7,000 ski equipments and 1,500 de snowboarding equipments.
- Gastronomy: Bars and coffee shops, cybercafés, snacks, pubs, regional and international restaurants.
- Las Terrazas Shopping Mall: Mall of 8,000 square meters including pharmacy, stores, food court, ski rentals and storerooms, among others.
- Plaza Amancay Complex: It comprises the inferior station of the Amancay Gondola, a large restaurant, ski rentals, ski schools, reception areas for agencies and hotels, restrooms and administrative offices.
